Express Yourself

All in-person groups are canceled until further notice, please view our page on COVID-19 for more information. We offer online support groups during this time. For access to those groups, please send us an email at President@tvnami.org or a call at 208-284-6320 so we can get you set up for the next support group meeting. ExpressYourselfArt

Express Yourself is a peer support group is open to ages 18+ with a mental or mood disorders. Each week a different trained facilitator from NAMI Treasure Valley will provide a game, art project or activity for everyone to participate in during the duration of the group. Activities could include puzzles, card games, painting, affirmation jars and much more. If you're ready to have fun with your peers please check us out!
